Join Groupe Dynamite Inc. as a Product Manager in Montréal, managing fashion assortments for the DYNAMITE brand. This role combines strategic buy management with creative product selection.
As a Product Manager, you'll report to the Merchandise Director and oversee the end-to-end merchandising process. This includes collaborating with teams on product design and sourcing while ensuring alignment with long-term business strategies. Focus on market analysis to drive sales and innovative product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead growth through implementation of merchandise strategies
• Manage product line from concept to store execution
• Develop creative solutions for marketplace challenges
• Partner with Sourcing and Design for brand alignment
• Analyze sales performance to identify revenue opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is essential
• At least 3 years in fashion management or buying
• Versatile skills in both creative and analytical functions
• Proficiency in French and English for effective supplier interactions
• Knowledge of DYNAMITE brand and target demographics
