About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Designer to join our Marketing team!

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer to help shape and elevate our brand identity across all brand, activation, retail and packaging touchpoints. This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling visual experiences that resonate with our audience and support business objectives.

Responsabilities

• Collaborate with brand, product, retail and creative teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
• Design visuals that support brand campaigns, drive event activation experiences and advertising materials
• Present concepts and ideas into visually engaging packaging designs that align with brand strategy
• Translate brand identity into store layouts and activation environments to enhance retail storytelling and experiences
• Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions with high-quality creative assets
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand voice, tone, and positioning
• Work with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and visual design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working across digital and print mediums
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
