Key Responsibilities:
• Report federal political news for Ontario readers
• Develop sources to break significant political stories
• Access documents to uncover exclusive reports
• Peer-edit bureau stories for accuracy and style
• Collaborate with team members to enhance coverage
Requirements:
• Proven track record in enterprising news reporting
• Experience in federal politics preferred
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
• Reside in the National Capital Region or nearby
