Position Overview
Samawada is seeking a creative, thoughtful, and impact-focused  Graphic Designer  to help strengthen the organization's visual identity and communicate humanitarian, development, fundraising, program, and organizational work through compelling visual content.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about  graphic design, visual communication, branding, digital media, social impact, humanitarian communication, storytelling, and creative design .

The successful candidate will work closely with  communications, marketing, fundraising, programs, partnerships, technology, UI/UX, leadership, and other teams  to develop professional visual materials that communicate Samawada's mission, projects, impact, campaigns, and organizational identity.

Visual announcements

Promotional materials

Ensure designs are professional, consistent, accessible, and aligned with Samawada's visual identity.

Brand Identity & Visual Standards
Support the development and consistent application of Samawada's visual identity.

Help maintain:

Logo usage

Typography

Color systems

Design templates

Iconography

Photography standards

Illustration styles

Layout standards

Social media templates

Presentation templates

Document templates

Digital design standards

Help ensure that materials produced by different teams maintain a consistent and recognizable Samawada identity.

Social Media Design
Create visual content for Samawada's social media and digital communication channels.

Develop graphics for:

Campaigns

Awareness initiatives

Program updates

Impact stories

International days

Fundraising campaigns

Volunteer recruitment

Organizational announcements

Donor communications

Partnerships

Community engagement

Educational content

Work with communications and marketing teams to translate messages into effective visual content.
