RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is on the lookout for a passionate Design Assistant with at least two years of experience in fashion design or product development. In this role, you will research trends, provide fashion sketches, and manage communication with global suppliers. Your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will enhance our product development journey across iconic brands like Reitmans and PENN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop elegant fashion sketches for seasonal offerings

• Research colors, trends, and silhouettes to inspire designs

• Create mood boards and collection presentations

• Manage fabric samples and supplier coordination

• Conduct product fittings and participate in reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in fashion design or product development

• Fashion Design degree or diploma preferred

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator necessary

• French and English bilingualism required

• Strong trend vision and organizational skills
