Senior Product Design Lead UX​/UI

Take the lead in crafting engaging digital experiences as the Senior Product Design Lead (UX/UI). This role integrates hands-on design and leadership to drive excellent user experiences in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

We are on the hunt for a Product Design Lead with over eight years of experience in UX/UI, specializing in consumer-facing products and team leadership. You'll establish and advance design systems while mentoring designers, ensuring each project meets high usability standards. The role requires both intricate execution and broader strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the end-to-end design of impactful digital experiences

• Create and refine scalable design systems and UX guidelines

• Transform product ideas into polished, actionable designs

• Mentor a small design team towards achieving best practices

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to unify user experiences

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design

• At least 3 years of team leadership experience

• Demonstrated capability in designing consumer-facing digital products

• Excellent portfolio highlighting user-centered design and workflows

• Proficiency in modern prototyping and design tools
