Elevate user experiences as a Senior Product Designer focused on Share Gate Migrate at Workleap, working remotely. This role combines design with AI-driven solutions to simplify migration for IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design process from problems to interactions
• Create intuitive user experiences from complex scenarios
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to refine options
• Validate prototypes and design hypotheses rapidly
• Analyze user feedback to drive design decisions
Requirements:
• 6+ years in product design for B2B SaaS
• Strong focus on user-centered solutions
• Expertise in UI, UX strategy, and detail
• Experience in AI-enhanced product functionalities
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
