Autodesk is looking for a Senior Manager to elevate Learning Experience Design and Content Production. This role emphasizes scalable, engaging content for a global workforce.

In this strategic role, you will drive the creation of impactful learning experiences  will focus on using storytelling, effective video production, and personalized content to support the workforce. This position integrates human-centered design with measurable outcomes to enhance engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct enterprise learning content strategies across diverse formats

• Develop standards and frameworks for consistent quality

• Supervise all phases of production, including editing and distribution

• Implement AI technologies to streamline content delivery

• Collaborate with teams to ensure content alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in digital content production

• 3+ years leading diverse creative teams

• Strong expertise in video production and storytelling

• Experience in managing production budgets and timelines

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and content strategies
