As a Foreign Correspondent, you will engage in producing compelling reports and analyses on Chinese current events for Canadian audiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Cover breaking news and social issues from China
• Generate engaging content for radio, TV, and digital
• Maintain a network of local sources for news
• Conduct thorough research and interviews
• Collaborate on national news coverage and segments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Seven years of journalism experience required
• Knowledge of an Asian language preferred
• Previous international reporting experience seen as an asset
• High interest in Asian geopolitics essential
