# Senior FX Artist Pixomondo Montreal , QC## About## Available Roles (1)### Senior FX Artist Role Type Full-time Requirements
• For this role we are looking for someone very familiar with fluid simulations (water/blood) as well as smoke/gas using Houdini. (Please demonstrate in your reel)
• 5 years of FX Artist experience in a production environment
• Experienced in Houdini & Maya
• Creative ability & artistic talent
• A good understanding of generic simulation engines
• Understanding of physics, realistic motion, and various natural phenomena at different scales
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently, proactively solving technical issues as needed
• Compositing, shading, scripting and programming experience are all assets
Additional Requirements:
• Must live in and be eligible to work in Quebec or Ontario, Canada
• Pixomondo is an international company established in 5 countries. For production purposes, fluency in English is required.
