Please note that this position is now filled.Our client, New Look Vision Group, is seeking a Vice President Finance who will be responsible for overseeing general accounting for its operations across the group in Canada and the United States. This position will provide strategic direction and play a key role in the transformation of the accounting and finance functions by participating in the implementation of systems and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of service.
- Hold a recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a financial role
- Experience in a large accounting firm
- Experience in public companies / large corporations
- Experience in the retail industry (a strong asset)
- Experience with relevant systems, including implementation and integration
