Position: Tree Canada Senior Director, Finance Opening
Lead financial strategy at Tree Canada as Senior Director in a hybrid role based in the National Capital Region. Drive sustainable growth and financial accountability while creating impactful partnerships.

As a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll navigate the financial landscape of Tree Canada, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. You will leverage at least 12–15 years of experience in finance to oversee budget management, reporting, and compliance. This role demands a skilled leader capable of building a progressive finance team committed to fostering Tree Canada’s environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team

• Align financial strategies with program delivery

• Provide financial insights to the Board and leadership

• Manage compliance with regulatory requirements

• Foster strategic partnerships with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Must hold a CPA designation

• 12–15 years in senior financial leadership

• Background in non-profit finance is a plus

• Expertise in compliance and financial reporting

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
