The OpportunityThis role is ideal for individuals who are:

You’ll work closely with experienced advisors, gaining hands‑on exposure to real client relationships while developing the skills needed to eventually manage your own book of business.
This is not a traditional corporate role. It’s a structured path toward independence, ownership, and long‑term career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting senior advisors with client service and meeting preparation
- Participating in client meetings and learning the advisory process
- Prospecting and developing new client relationships
- Gradually building your own client base with mentorship
- Delivering client-focused financial solutions
