Walter Capital Partners in Montreal is seeking a Private Equity Intern to engage with a dynamic investment team. Contribute to research, valuations, and transaction execution while developing key skills.

This role offers a unique opportunity for full-time undergraduate or graduate students to gain exposure to the full spectrum of private equity investing. The selected candidate will collaborate alongside a diverse group of professionals, contributing to market-leading companies' growth through value-creation initiatives. The internship duration is at least three months, tailored to the intern’s availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in investment research and company valuations

• Support transaction execution activities and documentation

• Contribute to value-creation initiatives for portfolio companies

• Collaborate with team members on multiple projects

• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office Suite

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies

• Previous internship experience in a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, fluent in English and French
