As Finance Manager, you'll manage a team of clerks and partner closely with finance teams to resolve key operational challenges.
Your role encompasses the organization, implementation, and monitoring of financial workflows to boost efficiency. You will also oversee essential month-end and quarter-end close activities and lead special projects to align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a team of financial clerks in operations
• Work with divisional teams to identify finance issues
• Implement and monitor workflows for effective processes
• Manage month-end and quarter-end closure tasks
• Coordinate special ad hoc projects across stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience required
• CPA designation is a must
• Proven analytical mindset with strong leadership
