In this full-time role, you’ll oversee the accounting records of families, manage investment transactions, and prepare quarterly and annual financial statements. Your expertise will guide the preparation of tax returns and enhance financial planning processes. Collaboration with investment teams is crucial to ensure sound financial management for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain families' accounting records and track transactions

• Report on investment transactions and related adjustments

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements

• Follow up on payment schedules effectively

• Develop income tax returns for individuals and trusts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in accounting or administration with accounting focus

• Accounting designation preferred, not mandatory

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of Caseware, DTMax, and Tax Prep

• Bilingual in French and English
