The team operates as a transversal function focused on risk control, client service, and complex transaction support while ensuring regulatory, compliance, operational, and credit risk mitigation.
The Contractor will support credit protection, risk mitigation, KPI/KRI monitoring, and data analysis activities.
This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure high data quality, regulatory compliance, and effective transaction oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Protection, Risk Mitigation And Data Analysis:
Assist in monitoring security package key data quality indicators, including conducting checks, investigating anomalies, and coordinating with ITO and the Central Data Office to maintain high compliance levels.
Support the implementation of End-to-End Capital Requirements under the Basel IV Operational Framework.
Monitor collateral valuation freshness and insurance compliance requirements.
KPI And KRI Monitoring:
Assist with annual review monitoring and preparation of management and performance reports.
Support monitoring and escalation of principal, interest, and fee past-due items.
Assist with business-as-usual activities and resolution of stalled exceptions such as missing legal documents, overdue covenants, early warning signals, derivatives excess, and rating trigger backtesting.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support additional data collection, remediation initiatives, and ad hoc projects as required.
Proactively propose ideas to improve team efficiency through process streamlining and automation.
Engage with team leaders and key stakeholders to support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Contribute value-added support to the Corporate Platform through situational and transactional assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required, with preference for Finance or Data Analytics disciplines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. VBA skills are considered an asset.
Strong data analytics and/or data management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Proven problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to a changing work environment.
Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
