Join RBC Dominion Securities in Ottawa as an Associate, providing exceptional client service and support. This full-time role focuses on account management and collaboration with Investment Advisors.
As an Associate, you will be pivotal in maintaining client accounts, executing trades, and providing timely responses to client inquiries. Your strong organizational skills will help ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Cross-training in various office administration functions will also enhance your ability to support the Advisor Team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts, including trades and rebalancing
• Follow up on trades for proper settlement and delivery
• Respond promptly to client inquiries
• Conduct ad hoc product analysis as directed
• Collaborate with departments for timely client solutions
Requirements:
• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in the securities industry is a plus
