Senior Global Financial Analyst at HPS

Based in Guelph, Ontario, HPS is the leader in dry type transformers, providing state-of-the-art solutions globally. The Senior Global Financial Analyst will report to the Director, International Finance, utilizing strong analytical skills to enhance financial systems and performance. This position requires proficiency in ERP systems, with Dynamics experience being a plus, and a collaborative spirit for interaction with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial reporting adhering to IFRS and local GAAP

• Prepare month-end adjusting entries for international entities

• Support local finance teams with month-end preparations

• Assist in annual budget creation for international locations

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA designation required

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Financial manufacturing experience essential

• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
