Daily Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

Prepare standard monthly financial reports for assigned technology portfolios

Manage the accuracy and timelines of all technology cost allocations to the business.

Budget planning, forecasting, analysis of cost trends, variance research and explanations, management of reporting adjustments for portfolio

Vendor & Contract Management:

Oversee vendor contracts (rd party license, professional services) and resource tracking ensuring timely contract renewals and payments

Manage vendor invoice processes, including forecasting, validation, approval workflows, and reconciliations

Headcount Planning:

Support headcount planning activities by tracking teams staffing levels, hiring plans

Assist in preparing hiring approval requests

Analysis & Problem Resolution:

Conduct cost trend analysis and variance research with actionable recommendations

Serve as primary liaison for resolving financial, vendor, and operational queries

Support ad hoc financial reporting as required

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process transformation initiatives

Must have

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

- years of experience in financial analysis, project management, or business operations

Previous experience in technology or financial services environment preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have skills:

Accounting designations

PMO experience

Experience with Capital Markets business and knowledge base of technology implementation.
