Position: Multi-Site Plant Controller Role
Location: Granby

Drive financial operations and enhance plant efficiencies as a Plant Controller across multiple sites. Focus on budgeting, performance analysis, and internal financial controls.

This Plant Controller position requires strong leadership and analytical skills with an emphasis on financial integrity and teamwork. You'll direct reporting, monitor inventory performance, and lead business development initiatives for margin improvement. Engage with plant management to provide actionable insights, enhancing operational functions significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant and line performance and financial metrics

• Direct monthly financial and inventory performance reporting

• Investigate major manufacturing variances for timely actions

• Provide analytical support for decision-making processes

• Lead budget preparation and develop forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• At least 8 years of manufacturing accounting experience

• Knowledge of US GAAP and corporate financial policies

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• SAP experience and bilingual proficiency preferred
