In this critical role, you will manage collections for assigned accounts, utilizing strong communication skills to build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in finance or business administration, capable of operating independently to drive results. You will use your analytical abilities to forecast customer payments and generate insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate customer account reconciliation for collections

• Investigate and resolve issues impacting collections

• Communicate effectively with sales teams and customers

• Implement and manage customer payment arrangements

• Analyze credit holds and monitor aging accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP Financials, and High Radius

• Strong attention to detail with analytical capability
