Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial coordination across Customer Experience activities

• Guide and support CX Finance team members' work

• Oversee process improvement initiatives for efficiency gains

• Coordinate comprehensive month-end close activities

• Prepare financial reports and oversee capital allocation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• CPA designation is preferred

• A minimum of 8 years relevant financial experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French
