- Act as a key point of contact for the CX Finance team, ensuring effective coordination, information flow, and alignment on financial activities and deliverables across Customer Experience initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day functional guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to other team members, contributing to consistency, collaboration, and execution quality while playing an informal leadership role within the team.
- Monitoring the progress of various process optimization initiatives and providing ongoing support to team members.
- Ensuring effective planning, communication, and coordination of month-end close activities, as well as financial planning processes including Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan, S&OP, and R&O / PAP.
- Preparing financial reporting and monitoring capital allocation.
- Maintaining continuous alignment with the Supply Chain, Human Resources, and FP&A teams.
- Actively contributing to the preparation and presentation of financial information for management.
- Performing in-depth financial analysis on specific topics as requested.
- Reviewing and validating management reports, journal entries and account reconciliations.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
- You hold a professional accounting designation (CPA), an asset.
- You have proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- You have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- You have strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- You demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You possess strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment to evaluate options and provide well-founded recommendations to support management decision-making.
- You have proven interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, cross-functional partners, and senior management.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- You have practical experience in process improvement initiatives.
