Harris is on the lookout for a Financial Analyst and Travelling Administrator in Mirabel, QC, to oversee travel claims and ensure compliance with policies on a daily basis. This role requires attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
In this position, you will work under the Finance Manager, engaging in project management while harnessing your expertise in travel and living processes. The role calls for a blend of teamwork, proficiency in Excel, and an analytical mindset to identify improvement opportunities. Your work will support national security objectives through efficient management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute all travel process steps daily
• Master applicable corporate policies
• Provide thorough training for users
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Manage significant change processes effectively
Requirements:
• College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• 5 to 8 years relevant experience
• SAP experience preferred
• High-level Excel skills necessary
• Must be bilingual in French and English
