Join CIBC as a Mobile Financial Services Representative, dedicated to enriching client relationships at Costco warehouses. This full-time position focuses on sales and top-notch customer service.
As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team, you will proactively engage Costco members, identifying their financial needs and introducing suitable products. You'll open accounts and refer clients for further assistance while ensuring all transactions are accurately documented. Flexibility for weekends and varied hours is essential as you work between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client needs assessments in warehouses
• Facilitate openings of Chequing and Savings accounts
• Maintain an organized record of all sales activities
• Educate clients on digital banking services
• Ensure adherence to policies regarding client confidentiality
Requirements:
• Experience in fast-paced retail or sales environments
• Proven relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to work flexible rotating hours
• Prepared to commute between Costco sites
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
