Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the blended finance pipeline with sector teams

• Underwrite and structure impactful financial transactions

• Build robust partnerships with diverse financing entities

• Coach and mentor the investment team on best practices

• Ensure operational excellence in blended finance activities

Requirements:

• 8-12 years in DFI/MDB transactions, 5 years in blended finance

• Master's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent

• Strong preference for fluency in English and French

• Advanced knowledge of lending and equity structures

• Willingness to travel for engagements
