Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare internal financial statements and reports
• Supervise budgeting and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate account reconciliations
• Oversee purchasing/accounts operations and compliance
• Act as back-up to HR for payroll functions
Requirements:
• Degree in accounting or finance-related fields
• 5+ years of financial management experience
• Deep understanding of financial controls
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
• Capacity to maintain compliance diplomatically
