En tant qu’
associé(e) principal(e), vos responsabilités comprendront le développement et la croissance d’une base de clients et de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, la présentation de nos services par vidéo, téléphone et réunions en personne avec les clients nouveaux et existants afin d’accroître l’utilisation de nos services; recruter, évaluer et placer des professionnels de la finance et de la comptabilité à plein temps auprès de nos clients;
offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux clients et aux candidats; fournir une communication cohérente et des conseils de carrière aux candidats; participer à des associations professionnelles de l’industrie pour accroître notre présence au sein de la communauté financière et comptable locale.
Qualifications
Diplôme en administration des affaires, idéalement en finance ou en comptabilité.Titre(s) CPA et/ou MBA (un atout important).Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en comptabilité/finance publique/industrielle et/ou de recrutement permanent réussi.Expérience éprouvée de réussite, d’excellentes compétences en communication et un sens élevé de l’urgence.La capacité à tirer parti de l’expérience financière et comptable pour gérer et développer l’entreprise.Top Reasons to Work for Robert Half:
