The Revenue Accounting Manager role at Workleap involves managing the back half of our revenue engine. You will oversee monthly close processes, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and invoicing. Key responsibilities also include addressing manual exceptions and driving automation through AI to enhance team workflows and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate month-end revenue closes and reconciliations
• Manage the revenue layer in Net Suite for data integrity
• Reduce manual exceptions at the CRM-to-ERP handoff
• Oversee the order-to-invoice cycle for multiple billing entities
• Lead structural financial initiatives across teams
Requirements:
• CPA with 7–10 years of finance experience
• Expertise in subscription revenue mechanics and contract management
• Hands-on experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems
• Leadership experience managing finance teams
• Familiarity with indirect tax applications in SaaS
