Provide personalized financial solutions as a Client Financial Services Specialist with Desjardins. Engage clients effectively to enhance their experience and meet their financial needs every day.

As a crucial team member at Desjardins, you will work closely with advisors to enhance client satisfaction. This role is designed for someone with a strong background in customer service, financial products, and effective communication skills. Your main objective will be to facilitate members' needs through tailored solutions while supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests and recommend suitable financial solutions

• Assist colleagues in managing their agendas and correspondence

• Identify members' needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Guide clients in using tools and channels for independence

• Participate in sales development initiatives to seize business opportunities

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies and three years of experience

• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong understanding of financial documents

• Available to work one evening per week
