ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst or Senior Analyst to support the Real Estate Portfolio & Asset Management team on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on onboarding external partners onto an enterprise portfolio reporting platform, as well as ongoing data operations, monitoring, and reporting support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring portfolio and asset‑level data is accurately collected, integrated, validated, and maintained over time. This role is well suited for candidates with early-career experience in financial analysis, reporting, fund operations, accounting, or data-driven roles, and an interest in real estate and portfolio analytics. Prior real estate experience is an asset, but strong analytical judgment, data discipline, and stakeholder coordination skills are the primary drivers of success in this role.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Real Estate Portfolio & Asset Management
, you’ll:

1. Partner Onboarding & Platform Implementation

  • Support the onboarding of external general partners onto the enterprise portfolio reporting platform

  • Review, reconcile, and validate partner-submitted data (financials, KPIs, and supporting schedules) and ensure investment structures and underlying assets are accurately and logically represented

  • Flag potential data or reporting concerns early and support follow‑up and resolution with partners, investment teams, and internal stakeholders

  • Track onboarding progress, data submissions, and outstanding issues, escalating risks as needed

  • Maintain and update onboarding materials, including procedures, glossaries, templates, and training documentation

  • 2. Data Quality, Monitoring & Controls

  • Perform ongoing data validations, reconciliations, and reasonableness checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of partner data

  • Coordinate data submissions, follow‑ups, and deadlines to support timely and reliable data collection cycles

  • Support the continuous improvement of data quality standards, controls, and operational workflows

  • 3. Portfolio Reporting & Operational Support

  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and analytical support for internal stakeholders.

  • Provide general operational and analytical support to the Real Estate Portfolio Management team as required

  • WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, fund operations, accounting, or analytics; experience in real estate asset management and/or real estate accounting is an asset

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with internal teams and external partners

  • Nice to have:
    Experience with Power BI, iLevel, data migration projects, and/or a CPA or CFA designation

  • Bilingualism:
    English and French
