Position: Wesco Senior Analyst for Collections

Join Wesco International as a Senior Analyst specializing in Credit and Collections. Drive the management of receivables and enhance collection efforts to boost cash flow.

This senior analyst role requires a keen understanding of credit risk and effective collection strategies. You will be responsible for contacting customers for overdue payments and collaborating across departments to resolve disputes and maintain accurate records. Your depth of experience will allow you to produce insightful recommendations to improve future payment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of collection follow-ups by various methods

• Identify and document reasons for invoice disputes

• Conduct thorough account reconciliations and recommend corrective actions

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and recommend write-offs

• Upload and review contract documents for financial assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum three years in high-volume credit and collections

• Experience with credit information agencies is beneficial

• Proficient in High Radius and Microsoft Office applications

• Bilingual: proficiency in French and English required
