Your role will focus on providing outstanding customer service and guiding clients with their financial needs.
In this role, you'll engage with customers to understand their banking queries and assist in connecting them with the right financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers for service transactions and advice
• Guide clients to appropriate banking contacts
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
• High School diploma and 1+ years experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification required within 6 months
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
