As a Personal Finance Advisor, your foremost responsibility is to build lasting relationships with clients, advising them on tailored financial strategies. You will assess client satisfaction, manage business interactions, and follow up to ensure continued quality service. Staying abreast of industry trends and community representation will contribute to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer tailored financial advice aligned with client goals

• Assess and improve client satisfaction through relationship management

• Keep updated on financial services and market developments

• Actively participate in community events representing Desjardins

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Must have mutual fund representative certification

• Proficiency in French is required

• Knowledge of individual and business financial issues
