The Finance Manager reports to the Senior Director of Finance, overseeing all financial activities within a business unit. Leverage your expertise in IFRS and financial management to guide project teams, support auditing processes, and mentor finance staff. Your analytical skills will aid in developing budget plans and assessing performance variances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting and budget preparation

• Coordinate month-end closure processes

• Evaluate internal controls and support audit coordination

• Prepare quarterly forecasts in collaboration with partners

• Mentor finance team and build stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• 5+ years of finance experience, construction industry preferred

• Degree in Accounting or Business Management required

• Required Canadian CPA designation

• Expertise in IFRS and project financials

• Bilingual in French and English crucial
