Lead international tax planning initiatives at Air Canada as the Director of Income Tax Advisory. Provide strategic direction for corporate structuring and global tax compliance efforts.

As Director, you will be accountable for guiding the organization on complex tax matters and major business initiatives. Your extensive experience will enable you to lead negotiations with foreign tax authorities and ensure alignment between business operations and tax strategy. Collaborating with various departments, you will manage emerging tax risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide strategic tax structuring for operations

• Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT departments

• Evaluate impacts of international tax decisions

• Lead compliance and risk governance frameworks

• Engage in audits and negotiations effectively

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant or Law degree required

• At least 18 years in international tax planning

• Strong background in corporate income tax law

• Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
