As the Multi-Site Plant Controller, your focus will be on directing the financial operations of multiple manufacturing sites. This position requires strong leadership in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with policies. You will leverage your analytical skills to work collaboratively with both plant and corporate teams, ensuring effective internal controls and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance plant and line performance

• Direct monthly financial reports following US GAAP

• Analyze major variances in manufacturing processes

• Lead annual budget preparation and forecasting efforts

• Oversee payroll activities, accounting closure, and inventory checks

Requirements:

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field

• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience in manufacturing

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred
