Step into a key role at Convatec as a Strategic Finance Specialist focused on enhancing business performance in Canada. Utilize your commercial finance expertise to recommend strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

Working with the North America Finance team, you will engage with diverse business teams to develop operating plans and actionable financial insights.

Your role is crucial for evaluating forecasts and analyzing outcomes to discover performance gaps. By implementing corrective actions, you will ensure effective resource allocation and increased productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to steer strategies for profitable growth

• Manage annual financial planning and monthly performance analysis

• Identify performance gaps and propose corrective measures

• Allocate resources to maximize commercial efficiency

• Support key investment initiatives and new product launches

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience as a finance business partner

• Background in Med Tech or Life Sciences preferred

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills needed

• Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI is a plus

• Preferred higher education in Finance or related fields
