In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse loan portfolio and building lasting relationships with customers in the agriculture sector. Your passion for agriculture, combined with your ability to tailor financing solutions, will support producers in achieving their business goals. Collaborate with various teams to instill a customer-centric approach and share valuable knowledge within FCC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create financing packages that fit customer business frameworks
• Foster enduring relationships with FCC clients
• Identify expansion potential for your loan portfolio
• Analyze financial information to assess client needs
• Process and approve credit facility applications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or related
• A minimum of one year of experience in ag finance
• Ability to clearly communicate financial data
• Strong skills in building and maintaining business relations
• Valid driver’s license; travel required
