Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze payment card alerts for potential fraud

• Make decisions to mitigate fraud losses for the bank

• Conduct secondary analysis on fraud investigations

• Answer calls and engage with customers effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Experience in fraud prevention, especially related to payment cards

• Knowledge of current trends in bank fraud

• Customer service background preferred

• Familiarity with call center environments is an asset
