In this essential role, you will lead FP&A initiatives reporting directly to the Senior Director. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial models, annual budgets, and managing P&L while partnering with business leaders for informed decision-making. The role also involves developing accurate forecasting procedures and improving financial policies to align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate finance partnerships with VPs and C-level executives

• Prepare and deliver financial presentations for senior stakeholders

• Build and oversee financial models, budgets, and forecasts

• Analyze P&L and drive cost optimization strategies

• Collaborate on long-term strategic financial planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• 7+ years of relevant financial analysis expertise

• Expert proficiency with Excel

• Experience managing P&L reporting

• Strong English communication skills, fluency important for global operations
