Position: Technical Advisor Portfolio Management (Côte Saint-Luc)

A career as a Technical Advisor, Administrative Support - Portfolio Management at National Bank means supporting activities related to insurance monitoring, data management, and operational platforms. In this role, you contribute directly to operational efficiency, risk control, and data integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update deal information across Debt Domain and other systems.
  • Track repricing, maturities, and key portfolio data.
  • Distribute reports and support their production via the internal platform (CIBA).
  • Record and monitor insurance data (policies, premiums, invoices).
  • Perform follow‑ups with Directors, business lines, and brokers.
  • Validate insurance invoices and track premium payments.
  • Support Loan IQ activities (customer setup, payment instructions).
  • Manage electronic documentation and ensure data quality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational procedures.
About the Team

You will be part of the Administrative Support team within Global Credit Markets based in Montreal. The team stands out for its strong operational discipline, collaboration with multiple business lines, and key role in supporting portfolio activities. You will work in a structured, multi‑platform environment where data accuracy and follow‑ups are critical.

Location and Work Model

Qualifications
  • College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in banking operations or loan administration (asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
