Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on digital banking platforms
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
• High School diploma and 1+ years of experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification post-appointment
• Preferred post-secondary degree in a related field
• Proficient in MS Office and branch software
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
