Bilingual Operations Support Officer

Your responsibilities include processing payments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Process maintenance requests on the Service Platform

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their debt

• Address client inquiries through various channels

• Ensure compliance with Credit Management guidelines

• Share innovative ideas to improve team success

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Credit Management and Recoveries

• Experience with CACS, MS Excel, and Outlook

• Strong work ethic and organizational skills

• Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual in English and French
