In this full-time role, you will fulfill and service client transactions by applying your strong knowledge of credit management processes. Your responsibilities include processing payments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Additionally, you will proactively suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency and contribute to overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process maintenance requests on the Service Platform
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their debt
• Address client inquiries through various channels
• Ensure compliance with Credit Management guidelines
• Share innovative ideas to improve team success
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Credit Management and Recoveries
• Experience with CACS, MS Excel, and Outlook
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and French
