Join Lightspeed as an FP&A Senior Manager, where your expertise will guide strategic financial initiatives in a collaborative environment three days a week onsite. This role is key for engaging with senior leaders and ensuring financial accuracy.

You will manage pivotal FP&A partnerships across the organization, providing insights to achieve strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include constructing financial models, overseeing budgets, and spearheading monthly performance reviews. The position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to support revenue growth and profitability optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own finance business partnership with senior leadership

• Prepare and deliver financial insights to C-suite executives

• Develop comprehensive annual budgets and forecasts

• Analyze financial results and drive cost optimization initiatives

• Implement policies for improved forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

• At least 7 years in advanced financial analysis

• High-level Excel skills mandatory

• Experience in consulting or accounting is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
