Senior Director of Investor Relations

Lead global investor relations and treasury at a high-growth fashion retailer in Montréal. Drive strategic storytelling and capital optimization to transform our $10B equity narrative.

As the Senior Director of Investor Relations & Treasury, you will play a dual role in shaping our financial narrative while optimizing capital structures. Your expertise in market communication and financial strategy will help expand our shareholder base and ensure effective liquidity management. This leadership position includes collaboration with the Finance Leadership Team and a focus on global expansion and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and deliver a compelling equity story

• Engage with buy-side investors and analysts

• Prepare quarterly earnings materials and disclosures

• Monitor market trends and competitor performance

• Manage debt and equity funding for growth initiatives

Requirements:

• 10-12+ years in Investor Relations or Treasury

• Experience in e-commerce and retail sectors

• Proven record in cross-border corporate finance

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Fluency in English;
French preferred
