In this influential role, you will collaborate with the plant leadership to improve performance and meet corporate goals. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics. With a focus on continuous improvement and compliance, you will also ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze financial forecasts and budgets

• Prepare monthly performance reports and presentations

• Review profitability metrics for products and customers

• Implement internal controls to secure financial integrity

• Conduct audits and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• Finance degree with relevant professional designation

• 5+ years in a controller or senior financial role

• Experience in manufacturing highly valued

• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel

• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
