Senior Bilingual Collector

Join the TD Equipment Finance Collections team as a Senior Collector in Montréal, Quebec. This role demands strong customer service and expertise in managing delinquent accounts.

As a Senior Collector, you will oversee a portfolio of medium- to high-risk delinquent loans and high-value collateralized accounts. You'll develop loss mitigation strategies, prepare documentation for financial solutions, and ensure exceptional customer service. Collaborating closely with Operations, Credit, and Risk, your goal will be to improve customer experience and minimize losses.
