Location: Montreal
Become an Insolvency Officer at RBC and leverage your investigative skills in managing client transactions related to bankruptcies and credit counseling. This dynamic role requires bilingual capabilities in English and French.
You will act as a key resource for clients and industry professionals, ensuring operational compliance and risk management throughout the transaction process. With at least 2 years in collections, you'll be adept at crafting detailed risk reports and resolving client issues that align with RBC's commitment to a simple and effective client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex transactions in bankruptcies and counseling
• Utilize sound judgment in approving financial proposals
• Handle inquiries from clients and partners effectively
• Generate risk reports tailored to client situations
• Address and resolve operational challenges promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years collections experience
• Bilingual in both English and French
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
• Capability to operate in a call center atmosphere
• Must work weekday shifts between 8 am and 6 pm
